Returns & Exchanges

At Elaa The Label, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
